Billi Meltab (Bilastine) is indicated for the relief of allergy symptoms, including:

Missed dose: Take the next scheduled dose; do not double the dose.
Certain medicines like ketoconazole, erythromycin, cyclosporine, and diltiazem may increase Bilastine levels, but without significant safety concerns.
Alcohol does not enhance drowsiness with standard doses.
Lorazepam interaction: no increased sedative effect observed.
